Ayurveda identifies a 42 day Sacred Window that opens for birthers any time a baby is born. In these first 6 weeks after birth, it is essential that Mama receives proper care and nourishment through deep rest, specific foods, herbal support and body care. When the Sacred Window is mindfully and intentionally tended to Mama has the ability to step into her new role with confidence and vitality while calmly navigating common postpartum challenges.

INDIVIDUAL POSTPARTUM CARE SESSIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR $160 / SESSION. (2-3 hrs)

Ayurvedic Postpartum Care is a deeply holistic approach to the post birth experience. Beyond the hands on care you will receive in each of our sessions you will also receive guidance around self care practices, nourishment and digestion, herbal support, emotional processing / witnessing, and support navigating postpartum and newborn challenges. *I am not a physician or licensed medical provider and will refer you out to a qualified practitioner should that be necessary for your experience.*

RADIANT REJUVENATION - 6 WEEKS OF CARE - $1000

Care through the entire Sacred Window. Beginning with immediate post birth support and ending with an Emergence Ceremony. Each visit includes postpartum abhyanga, herbal bath, belly binding, and a nourishing meal.

This care package includes an initial consultation, immediate post birth nourishment drop off, one weekly in home visit for 6 weeks (the last visit being the Emergence Ceremony), and our Sacred Window Botanical Kit.

ROOTED REJUVENATION - 4 WEEKS OF CARE - $850

Postpartum care shortened to four weeks. Beginning with immediate post birth support and ending with an Emergence Ceremony. Each visit includes postpartum abhyanga, herbal bath, belly binding, and a nourishing meal.

This care package includes an initial consultation, immediate post birth nourishment drop off, one weekly in home visit for 4 weeks plus the Emergence Ceremony at 6 weeks postpartum (5 sessions total), and our Sacred Window Botanical Kit.
